Benjamin G was here in Fri. Jan. 16 arriving on time as scheduled. He replaced my old furnace (manufactured in 1988). All the galvanized housing and PVC pipe was modified to fit. The old furnace was much larger than the new one. I am very pleased with how this all went down. I would highly recommend Benjamin G. Clean up went well, they did a great job!

Makinze C. from Theilmann’s was sent to check out our furnace to do a tone up and inspection. Mac did a great job going over everything on the furnace explaining what he was doing. He was very thorough and meticulous with his inspection. My wife and I were very impressed and happy with “Mac’s” work. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone to service their furnace or air conditioner.
Extremely helpful in my decision to buy a new furnace with Thielmann. Stood by me while I was talking to previous furnace installer .. therefore making my decision much easier. A real pleasure doing business with Thielmann. Also for the installation of the furnace and exhaust system, Jeff D and his crew were so very efficient, like clock work .. everyone had their job to do. So great job!! Especially just before the below zero weather coming. That's no time to be without heat.
Benjamin was on time, polite, explained everything is new, how to adjust water heater and thermostat. Noted the manuals that came with boiler and water heater. Reminded me to call if I have any questions or concerns. Thank you Happy holidays!✌️
