I came to Tiago‘s in May/25 because of the high ratings and decided to try it out. It was easy to book, and the detailing service was quite quick. I was impressed by the exterior detail detailing, and complementary interior cleaning. There was a hiccup in the interior/trunk . After reaching out to the team, they were kind and responsive in addressing the issue and quickly addressed the issue. I would recommend this team to anyone who cares about their car and wants a good detail.
The team at Tiago's Auto Spa is nothing short of fantastic and always provides a very high level of professional service. Jason at the front desk is also very friendly and extremely efficient with handling anything you need. I came back from travelling for 2 months to my car full of mold all around the interior. I thought I was going to have to pay $1,500 and wait 1 week to get it cleaned somewhere else, until I talked to Jason at Tiago and they were able to do it for 1/3 of the price with a full clean guaranteed in 24 hrs. I am really happy with the result, and while my car is around 15 years old, I've never seen my car cleaner than it is after a detail from Tiago's Auto Spa. After the clean I also noticed that my fan dial wasn't working properly, which their team was able to fix the same day I brought it in by sourcing the broken part within the same hour. Thank you again for all your service!!
We are very impressed with the service and detailing process from Tiago's. Jason is very friendly and approachable, he'll handle your booking, payment etc. It was an efficient drop off and pick up. The car looked stunning. I appreciated the detailed breakdown of what services were available to improve the paint in specific areas even further. Subtle customer service touches like "presenting the car" to the client was top notch. I highly recommend booking your car into Tiago's for a solid detailing job! My only regret is that I wish I had enjoyed their complimentary espresso bar!
The level of service by the team, especially Jason is second to none and simply unmatched. Rarely do you see this level of detail to customer care nowadays, and of course, the work is phenomenal as well. The staff are passionate and the results show; anything short of perfect isn't acceptable by the staff which I really appreciate. The vehicle came back as good as new; if you told me this is an 8 year old car, I wouldn't believe it!. Although this was my first time visiting, there will be more to come and you have won a customer for life!
If you’re looking to have your car detailed I highly recommend Tiago’s Auto Spa. Ask for the manager Jason Ta, he and his team will take amazing care of you and your vehicle. From start to finish the customer service experience is flawless. Recently they brought back to life my mother’s 2015 Honda civic. They got rid of all the stains on the interior cloth seats and really brought the vehicle back to life with a beautiful exterior deep clean and waxing. The final touch was adding the window tint to keep the interior a bit more cool but also safer to help stop potential theft with the limo tint in the rear windows. I highly recommend Tiago’s auto spa, thanks again Jason and your team.
