I love Tidy Casa cleaning service. We’re on the every 2 week plan and it is truly such a blessing to work a long day and come home to a beautifully clean home. Graciela always goes above and beyond to make our home look and feel amazing.

Tidy Casa was an absolute Godsend for our family! My father recently passed after a long battle with cancer. Needless to say, cleaning took a backseat while he needed around the clock care. With all of the stress of funeral planning, I didn’t want my mother to worry about the house not being ready to receive family. I called Tidy Casa, and it was a positive experience from the beginning to the end. Matthew, and others, that I communicated with by phone, text, and email were extremely helpful and friendly. They were able to schedule us quickly, and even though they had an arrival window, they still gave us a call thirty minutes before to say they were on their way. This was so helpful, and ensured we could wrap up funeral arrangements before they arrived. Adilet, the Care Tech, came by herself. We were concerned at first that she would not be able to do everything needed by herself, but we were wrong! Adilet worked tirelessly for hours, and was friendly and cheerful the entire time!! Never once did she not have a smile on her face, which was so very welcome in the midst of our sadness. My parents have lived in their home for 54 years, and by the time Adilet was finished, it looked brand new. The oven, the kitchen, the bathrooms, the bedrooms, the floors - absolutely everything shined like a new penny. My mom was/is both thrilled and relieved, and we are so very appreciative! If you are reading this Adilet, your exceptionally hard work, thoroughness, and most especially your cheerful attitude gave us some desperately needed pleasure and peace before we laid my dad to rest. All staff are very, very kind and well intentioned. Scheduling was quick and easy. However, cleaning services were subpar. Paid almost $500 for a deep clean. The first time they came they got all the general stuff cleaned but it definitely wasn’t a deep clean. Too many places were left untouched. I paid extra for the walls and they were heavily overlooked. Customer service is great so they offered a reclean on the areas neglected which was okay, however, it still didn’t feel worth almost $500 for a “deep clean”. Staff is great, services not up to the expectations based on other reviews. Update: They did call out to make it right. Their customer service goes above and beyond. It seems like they truly care about feedback and customer satisfaction which goes a long way compared to other money hungry services. They seem genuine and caring.
very professional, did a great job. I've used them a few times and each time they have done a beautiful job. However, this time the two cleaners were Mary and Marquis and they were exceptional! Not only did they also do a great job, but they were a pleasure to have around.They seemed happy to be there and I appreciated that very much. Thanks again to the both of you.
