It has been a couple months since my initial visit and I am still pleased with the pest control service. John was the technician that initially serviced the house. He was friendly and thorough, listened to my concerns and reassured me that my concerns would be addressed, and punctual. The services are a little pricey but are well worth the cost. I highly recommend.
Tier 1 were recommended by our neighbors. And we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Communication was clear and timely, our technician Harlen was extremely professional, and everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand. We felt confident in the service provided and truly appreciated the attention to detail. Highly recommend!
I had the pleasure of working with John at Tier 1. He’s come out to do my regular bug services and is always great with communication and the work is always spot on. Very respectful guy. He recently came out for a rat inspection and proved he is very knowledgeable and gave me peace of mind with his latest service. Over 2 years of regular service with them and John is always great when he’s assigned to my house. As is the rest of the team.
Incredible service since day one. After a couple years of always being unimpressed with pest control companies, so happy to have found Tier 1. Starting from the initial consultation, to the quick turnaround time for first appt and the easy scheduling/rescheduling for our bi-monthly sprays they offer - they are a company we are continuously impressed with. John Chambers, one of the employees, has serviced our house every time and he is incredibly thorough and informative! He hears my concerns and ensures he treats any issues and always follows up to check in and answer questions. I always request him and will continue to! Thanks John and Tier 1 team!
I recently had Tier 1 help me with my rodent problem. I had John as my rep and the first person on site. I have been so impressed with the service and professionalism of this company and each one of their employees. They responded quickly, were so flexible with scheduling and can't recommend John enough. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining everything, going over my options and properly enclosing our home for rodents. And their prices were fair when comparing them to other companies. Highly recommend!
