So happy I went to Timeless Ink to get a piercing curation. I love the changes Michele suggested to improve the overall jewelry look She was soooo perfect! I’ll definitely be back when I want to add or make changes to my piercings.

EDIT: The piercer reached out to me and rectified the situation, which I very much appreciated. _____ I came here for the first time, based on the reviews, to have my nose ring put back in. I called ahead of time to make sure the piercer could do it, and was told it would be no problem. It was a gold hoop, which is fragile, and should be opened a certain way when removing and putting back in. The piercer could not get it in my nose and when I looked down at her tray saw that she had twisted it into an 's' shape in an attempt to get it in my nose at the right angle. This warped my jewelry. She also said she needed to order something to help put a hoop back into the nose. As a piercing shop, shouldn't you have these tools on hand? And if you don't, when someone calls ahead of time, maybe say you need to order that in, and I can come in when you have it? My jewelry is now compromised and I paid $85 for it in Vancouver. I was quite understanding while I was there, as the piercer was friendly and I ended up purchasing a stud from them as a place holder and said we could try the hoop again in a couple of months when she had the right tool, but now seeing that my jewelery was actually damaged, I am quite upset. Looking back, the entire situation screamed lack of experience. When my hoop was first put in, it took seconds... coming here to this shop, she tried for at least 10 minutes and just irritated my pierced area and it is still painful and sore. Just tell people when you are unable to do something; they would appreciate it a lot more. It's sad to have to leave this review because she was awesome as a person which is why I'm not naming her, but hopefully this is a learning moment to never do that to a hoop, especially gold, as it's a soft metal.

I got a line art tattoo here and am loving it. Bohdan (Aries Ink) was extremely patient and accommodating, crafting the exact style I wanted and giving me a seamless experience. He also made very thoughtful suggestions about size and placement so the tattoo would be in a prime location on my left shoulder. Michelle was very friendly and did my helix piercing. She explained the process and aftercare very thoroughly. I was a bit nervous at first, but she made me feel incredibly calm and safe.

My partner and I got walk-in tattoos today from Abhi. The staff were super friendly and quick to help us see our little ideas turn to a reality. Abhi’s line work is FANTASTIC and we are very happy with the results!
