This is a cheerful and welcoming shop with seriously good chocolates and a delightful proprietor who gives excellent recommendations based on your input. I'm particularly happy to see the old-fashioned floral flavors such as rose and violet. They remind me of my mother's cooking :-) This is my go-to shop for fancy gifts, and you can even order online for both store pickup or shipping to people not in your immediate reach. But I enjoy going into the actual shop!
I’ve been a chocolate addict since I was a kid and have tried chocolates from all over the world, but this place is one of the best! The dark chocolate is rich and aromatic, the milk chocolate is super creamy and full of flavor, and the fillings (Raspberry is my favorite!) each have their own personality that pops against the shell. Every bite is exciting✨ They also serve mocha drinks with different dark chocolate percentages. For some reason, it almost reminded me of the movie Chocolat 😆 You can pick the one that perfectly fits your taste! I got the 62%, my husband went with milk, and we loved them so much we ordered the same ones again. Can’t wait to come back and try more!
We weren’t planning on buying chocolates but so happy that we stopped by. I LOVE this chocolate store. When we arrive, we were greeted by two gentlemen and they were extremely nice. We asked them a couple of questions to see how the pricing worked and they explained it very thoroughly. We also let them know that it was our first time and they thanked us for stopping in. Once we made our selections and as we were checking out, the gentleman working at the register gave us a free chocolate because it was our first time and thanked us for stopping in. As we were leaving, he came around the counter and presented our chocolates on a tray, which was super thoughtful and pleasantly unexpected. Not only are the chocolates beautiful, they are SOOO delicious… I wish we purchased more. Overall, we had a 10 out of 10 experience and we will be returning.
