I visited Oakland for the Missy Elliot concert and was told about TipTop from my Florida trainer who found Sam on Oakland’s Top 10 Gyms list. I called Sam because even on vacay, I wanted to work out and first let me say, her warmth came through over the phone which made me feel even more excited and comfortable to attend her sessions. When I arrived, the atmosphere was so inviting, the people so welcoming! The workout was dynamic and great for any level. She maintained amazing energy throughout the class and you can tell it overflowed into each of us. I found myself laughing, smiling and even dancing during the entire session. Once the class was done, we prayed. If someone had a prayer request they could submit it without fear or belief of judgement. Just a group of people looking to stay healthy physically and spiritually and I absolutely loved this! I could stop this review right her because I am sure you now want to go but needless to say, I was hooked… and went back the next day for a more intimate work out with a smaller group but just as amazing! There is an virtual option offered as well which makes it great to stay connected to the community. Really looking forward to the next time…🔥🔥🔥
A great family-friendly health studio that helps you meet all your fitness goals. Great for all fitness levels. Plenty of parking. A welcoming environment for anyone interested in staying healthy! In-person & online sessions are available. I've been attending for years. You can do traditional workouts, kickboxing, yoga and step class any day of the week aroundyour schedule. Walk ins welcomed. I highly recommend it.
