Came in for a quick oil change early in the morning. The service was great Will was extremely helpful and sympathetic with my situation. I’ve came in the last for tire change and they were just as helpful. Great spot if you’re looking for good service and fair prices
I had a great experience at Tire Kingdom. My mom’s car needed some work, and the team took excellent care of it from start to finish. Will, the mechanic who helped us, was especially kind, thorough, and professional. He explained everything clearly, made sure we understood what was going on, and treated my mom’s car like it was his own. Truly outstanding service. Highly recommend!
Had an appointment at 2pm for new tires on a Saturday and told me it would take 2hrs which I found weird but decided to leave the truck and come back. Came back two hours and ten minutes later to find the truck still in the front. If they would have told me to come back another day I would have done so. Place closes at 5pm and it’s currently 6:02 and still nothing. This place is a joke never doing business there again.
I just want to take a moment to say how thankful I am for the amazing service I received at this tire shop. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and the team was so friendly—it honestly felt like I was visiting family. Tim and Ron were both so sweet, funny, and down-to-earth, and they made the whole experience so much better than I expected. What really stood out to me was how hilarious and lighthearted they were while still being knowledgeable and efficient. Tim had me laughing the entire time, and Ron made sure to explain everything clearly without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. The balance of professionalism and personality they brought to the table was truly refreshing. On top of the great personalities, the service itself was excellent. They took care of my tires quickly, made sure everything was safe, and gave me peace of mind before I left. I didn’t feel like “just another customer”—Tim and Ron treated me with genuine kindness and respect, which means so much. If you’re looking for a place where you’ll be treated with honesty, care, and even a good laugh to brighten your day, this is the shop to go to. Tim and Ron really went above and beyond, and I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience—you guys truly turned what could’ve been a stressful day into something easy and enjoyable.
Today I came back in after walking out the day before because there was over a 2hr wait when I already had my tires and only needed them installed. However, Today I came back and had the pleasure of being helped by Tim. He was amazing! He fixed a scheduling issue and was able to take my keys and help me out immensely. He also was a delight to work with. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We even discussed a position my son can apply for. Thank you so much Tim!
