Sometimes you should follow your mind that little voice in your head. I went to this shop in the city, their reviews are excellent so i was expecting great service. I dont really wanna call them out on here i dont think its appropriate, so lets just say they gave me back my keys and i paid over $200 for 2 jobs. I paid, left and had to make a uturn and go back and asked kindly for a refund. Honestly they are nice people and very professional but i think knowledge and expertise might be a concern. we agreed on a partial refund. The very next day i contemplated going to TIRE TOWN. ive already spent money for a job that wasn't done properly at the other shop. I took the L and drove to Tire Town which i should've done in the first place. They put the truck on the rack, showed me the alignment report with whats possible and what not. Mind you i did not tell them about my previous shop issue and what they had said needed to be done before my truck can be aligned. The Tire Town technician Aligned my BMW Truck and gave me a report with almost a 99% specs in the green. I paid, left and never had to call them back or return or ask for a refund. Great staff as well.

Excellent service, and never make me feel like I am being taken advantage of! They worked with me to give a really great deal on new tires, and didn’t force me to buy something expensive that I didn’t need. I have been here a couple times now and they always take good care of me and are extremely helpful. Will always come back for anything tire related.

Experience the first time ever was a feeling of job well done. My wheels alignment was great compared to another place ×××× I won't go back anymore. Thanks I regret that I gave a 5star because today 10/25/2025 I was there to get a rotation , spend balance and wheel alignment on my other vehicle and I was totally ignored standing by the counter 10 to 15 minutes. There was two people sitting down and the guy never said or asked me anything. He walked outside and started talking to a guy but never said anything. I sat down for approximate 10 minutes and waited by the counter again about another 5 minutes. I just walked out and drove off. I am very disappointed because I thought after my first visit I found a gemstone. I'm weak... Thanks for letting me vent. AMEN
