I have been with this location a little over 2 years, since my baby was 4 months old. Been through 3 owner transitions, been pleased with all.. Today I must say I am the most pleased that I ever been. They listen to exactly what I wanted and exceeded my expectations!! My baby looks the best she ever has!!! I highly recommend Toledo Pet Grooming, it's clean the staff is super friendly and attentive.!! 10 outta 10!!

I found this place on a whim.. we needed our pebbles cut for the holidays and everyone was booked so when I reached out to this groomer she explained that they were booked but she could fit us in I was a little skeptical because I’ve had very bad experiences with dog groomers but the owner assured me they would take good care of Pebbles she also explained they just took over the business and they are new and wanted new customers we decided ok give them a try. So we did and it was amazing they asked questions made us very comfortable to leave our baby they listened to my husband who was on FaceTime which they didn’t seem to mind I left and they didn’t take long at all my husband picked her up and we were very satisfied! Of course we returned 2 weeks ago and got an appointment they sent text reminders again I dropped her no worries but sad to say we were not happy with this cut it looked like they just washed her and trimmed her now she is a 3lb Yorkie and we keep her short they may have trimmed her but very little I was upset because you could see all the patches and missed hair my husband picked her up and he really didn’t look at her he just got off work needless to say I was going to be done with them but I wanted to let them know that we paid too much money for her not to be done correctly. I called and consequently I got the owner again and I explained to her about how I wasn’t happy about the cut and I didn’t want to complain but it wasn’t right. This owner was VERY APPRECIATIVE that I called and very apologetic and she even remembered who I was and Pebbles she told me I could bring her back they were remodeling last week but she said her floors should be done by Monday but to make sure if I could come on Tuesday but if they finished early she would let me know and I could come sooner I told her I didn’t want to take anyone’s appointment time she didn’t hesitate and said Tuesday I went and was greeted by a very kind woman who asked what I wanted she also apologized shook my hand and thanked me for allowing them to get it right and giving them another chance. Needless to say they did AMAZING and even called before they cut her face to make sure of the length. I really appreciate that. I think the lady who took care of Pebbles this time her name was Christie I believe. Great job amazing service awesome customer service! 10/10

We recommended a boarding client take their dog Simply Pet Grooming and we are thrilled how great she looks. They gave her a trim and cleaned her up. No more knots or anything she's soft and easy to brush. You can tell she's comfortable and the experience was really easy for everyone. - will be recommending again as well and coming in for nail trims

Robin does an awesome job with Hershey my 11 year old Australian Shepherd. She's been grooming him for 10 years !!! And this new place is amazing. He can go from shabby to chic in just a short while. No sitting in a cage until who knows when. As soon as he's done I get a phone call and can come get him. Everyone in here is so friendly. And a report card on Hershey and a loyalty card for future discounts is a plus too. Thanks again girls !!!
