I don’t usually write reviews, but Tom absolutely earned this one. I called him for something simple — a keyboard issue — I was actually kind of nervous about it beause I know it's not a high ticket item, so wondered if i could get any local help at all with something so trivial - definitely not a money maker for a repair shop - And I needed an immediate solution. While he didn't have the part in stock, he offered to order it, but then he did something amazing that’s become incredibly rare in today’s world: he actually called me back promptly and personally. Not an email, not some automated message — a call from a real human who genuinely wanted to help. While we were talking, I happened to vent about a completely different issue: my backup laptop was locked out because of a long-standing Microsoft screw-up. This wasn’t even what I called about, and he had zero obligation to dive into it… but he did. And he explained exactly what the underlying problem was and walked me through the solution in a way that was clear, precise, and immediately helpful. Something that had been frustrating me for ages was suddenly solved — thanks to him. That kind of above-and-beyond customer service is a dying art. Ever since COVID, it feels like most companies hide behind excuses, delays, or “we’ll get back to you eventually.” Tom is the opposite. He’s responsive, he cares, and he actually takes the time to help people, and I think based on our interaction, genuinely enjoys helping people. If you’re looking for someone with years of experience who not only knows what he’s doing, but values your business and will treat you like a human being instead of a ticket number, call Tom. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

Tom is amazing! I called him when I was in a pinch needing help getting my printer to work. Even though he was swamped he took the time to get me going temporarily, then when I told him I was on disability and couldn't afford the house visit needed for a permanent fix he waived the payment for the time he'd already spent. Wow! When I'm able to I will definitely hire him. People like this are worth their weight in gold!

Tom was super great! I called him about my old laptop which was running extremely slow and he gave me an entire rundown of what was going on over the phone, it was very clear he knows his stuff. He managed to fix it in one day, and my laptop works perfectly, like new. 10/10 recommend.
