I just call for the service my refrigerator and I got the lady answered that they don’t do the Freon service what do they do? I have the low Freon She said buy new refrigerator her ideas!!!! I make a wrong call for this company I don’t recommend call for service and paid for diagnostic at this places

A very professional & stress free process. I started by reading all the online reviews, checking the BBB website & dialing the number. Operator was very pleasant & emailed my appointment confirmation immediately. On the day of service, a half hour before the appointment I received an email stating repairman was on the way. Included were his name & a photo. Serviceman arrived on time, performed a quick check, explained my options & provided an an estimate. He was neat, efficient & friendly. A Job well done & I highly recommend this company.

I contacted Top Appliance late at night for issues with my washer and got immediate responses within minutes and was able to schedule a service call for the next day. At the time of scheduling the service call, Top appliance representative contacted me for all the relevant details about the make/model of the washer and the problems I was experiencing with the appliance including uploading pictures. Next day, the serviceman showed up on time along with Vagan, the owner of the company. After thorough inspection, Vagan advised me that it would be better for me to purchase a new washer instead of spending a large amount trying to fix it, and he waived the service call fee for me. I was floored, most serviceman would charge the fee just for showing up. Vagan role models customer service and orientation that is hard to come by these days. He delighted me with his professionalism and I have become a huge fan. I will call him for all my appliance service needs, and recommend him highly to others.
