It pains me to be a Karen and leave this review, because I used to absolutely LOVE Top Cup. I was a very loyal patron for years. But the quality has plummeted to the point that I will never return. I gave them one more chance today after a year+ long hiatus due to them repeatedly being out of the beef burrito first thing in the morning, only for it to finally return weeks later with horribly different beef that had a HUGE hair in it 😖🤮 (I sent a picture to them with no response). Today I ordered the croissant sandwich, which was an inedible mess with a barely cooked hash brown. I put it in my air fryer at home and still couldn’t eat it. I also ordered the cinnamon roll, which was newly added since my last visit over a year ago. It had good flavor, but the dough was basically raw. Last but certainly least, I got a French vanilla latte and had to add sugar to it because it had zero flavor, and was still impossible to drink even after adding sugar. I wish so badly they could redeem themselves and compete with Black Rock, but they clearly have just given up completely. They used to be my go-to, even after Black Rock showed up next door. I used to CRAVE their beef burrito and butterscotch caramel latte. But they’ve burned me too many times. Cue the Tyra Banks “I WAS ROOTING FOR YOU!!! WE WERE ALL ROOTING FOR YOU!!!” GIF 😩😭
