Brian Smith is incredible. He jumped through every hoop possible to get us the system we wanted 3 weeks ahead of everyone else in the DFW area. He wildly exceeded all expectations we had and made our customer experience amazing. My wife and I were shopping for a home use treadmill when we stopped in at Top Fitness. They have a great selection of quality fitness equipment. Brian was very helpful and very knowledgeable of the products sold in the store. No pressure at all to buy right then, which allowed us to do additional research and make a final decision. Brian was great when we returned to make the purchase. He set us up for the delivery and install. Highly recommend going to see Brian if you're looking to set up or upgrade your home gym.
Top Fitness Southlake is the G.O.A.T. of the Fitness Equipment Suppliers. Back in June 2021, I took a faith step and executed my dream of opening a Personal Fitness Studio in Irving, TX. The next day, I was riding down Southlake Blvd and saw the Top Fitness Signage. Upon entering the store my first encounter was with Jennifer Koch. Instantly, I knew I was in the right place. Jennifer was hyper-friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and diligent in asked clarifying questions to ensure I was properly equipped to make an informed purchase decision. It was nearly two months later before I was ready to make my studio purchase, but Jennifer never gave up on me. She was persistent in cultivating our supplier/consumer relationship by remaining in constant contact with me throughout the entire process. During this process, I meet Dan Bell (Market Leader) who was extremely instrumental in helping me to visualize and achieve my dream space. He visited my space, alone with Jennifer, to get a feel of the space, take measurements, and discuss equipment options. Shortly thereafter, Dan emailed me a scaled diagram of my space based on our communication. He patiently made modifications, as per my request, until I was ready to pull the purchase trigger. I was adamant about purchasing commercial grade items, which at the time was not commonly stocked instore. I was excited to find that Dan possessed the expertise and knowledge to source equipment options that met and exceeded my expectations. From beginning to end, the Southlake staff has made this the greatest purchase experience I have ever had. I also want to give a shoutout to Brian Smith and Matt for always extending exceptional customer service and a sure willingness to assist me with my inquires. I Highly recommend Team Southlake for ALL your home or commercial fitness equipment needs.
