Floor employee was only interested in looking like she was working until it was time to shout at my partner to get out because it was almost the Saturday night cut off (9pm). Extremely unprofessional and frankly rude given there was no announcement the only indication to leave was being yelled at. I understand the laws are the laws but customer service should also be a priority. Do you also shout at all the people visiting Texas that don't know our puritanical laws?
Maxwell was incredibly helpful when I was looking for tequila! He came up and talked to me, I’m so glad he did. He was friendly, informative, passionate, and made me WAY more excited to buy my tequila! He rocks
I needed help with finding what I was looking for. The staff was awesome/is. I greeted Khalil I believe it was at the register. I asked how he was and he answered with asking how I was. I responded "Ashy" after a few questions and transaction he asked if I wanted any lotion.😂 God bless his soul. I told him I wasn't trying to impress anyone. The prices are better than Walmart and it was easy to shop here. Y'all are greatly appreciated. Grace and peace be multiplied unto y'all and God bless 🙏
Never made it to the store but their phones seem to have some problem. Specifically answering them. They will just let it ring. IF YOU CALL, third time the charm. If you just keep calling their phones, they will answer eventually. Oh and they never have what i'm looking for. Total wine is the only place that sells what I want but they never have it.
I have seen plenty of advertisements, but to say it could be overwhelming for some might be an understatement. The selection of both bourbon and American whiskey was impressive. I'm not sure if they have allocated bottles out of sight (I didn't ask), but what is on the shelves is a fantastic assortment. I'm glad it's an hour drive; otherwise, I might apply for a job (I don't even care if there's no employee discount)! If you're looking for something special or particular, I bet if they don't have it, they will have something equally as good.
