I like this store. I’m just surprised how often they run out of stock on items. It’s normally back within 2-3 days. It happens more often than not. That means another trip right. I have kids and don’t have time to go back and see when what I want is finally in stock. But all in all, all the employees are nice and helpful.
This store is absolute trash. I pulled up at exactly 7:00 and they would not let me enter the store. I was really hoping to try Cutwater. Will not be returning. That’s what we get for going to a store near Capital blvd. Picture included of the employee who was rude to me in the parking lot.
Once again, Total Wine on Capital Blvd. did a wonderful job hosting my group in their private room for a meeting/presentation this last week. I come here several times a year with a group of attendees and the staff is always so helpful! It is also a great way for those attending to buy a bottle of wine and/or come back when they need wine in the future as they learn about their many selections and the prices are amazing! Thank you again to the staff at this location for always hosting our meetings and being so wonderful!
Fantastic Total Wine location. They really go out of their way to make sure every customer is taken care of. We regularly buy our kegs here for our home Keezer. They have a wide selection of local craft beer which keeps us coming back. The staff here pay close attention to detail and will work hard to help you find the perfect wine or get through the line quickly.
Really nice assortment of wines and the place is really clean and bright 🌞. I really liked the look and feel, that I snapped a few pics too...so I added some here for you to see as well. The great thing is...though there is a lot to choose from...you can see and find everything quickly...if you are inna rush. While you still feel chill to browse and check out new options leisurely, even if you are a wine novice like myself. The staff was also very friendly, letting you know they are there to help, but still giving you your space. I went there for one specific wine that based on my research was a good substitute for a special type of Jamaican wine that I ran out of, that I was using in a cake I was baking and they didnt disappoint. And the cake came out really well😋...according to my family and friends...so there you go! It was my first time there, but I signed up for a membership rewards card...because I will definitely be back because of my experience☆
