I did not eat food here. I only drank a hot cocoa. Everyone seemed to be ordering this green matcha drink. I am not into sweets. It was crowded though!

Worst place ever I’ve been to. I ordered online and waited one hour to pick it up. One hour wait for what? Donuts and pastries are already in the display cases, just need to be packed not cook to take one hour. Anyway, went inside, loooooong wait , finally got my turn and showed the employee my phone for my order. She asked me to wait. 10 mins later asked again, was told to wait again. Another 10 mins later asked a different person and she handed a box that was just sitting there on the counter with only two of items and the rest were not in stock. Got really frustrated and cancelled my order! Moral of the story, they don’t care about online orders! If you want something from there, you’ll have to go inside. Plus the donuts, pastries, etc aren’t that special and are pretty expensive for absolutely no reason, don’t be fooled by the images online. They’re also very tiny , smaller than grocery stores bakery items and Dunkin’. For me it was my first and last visit to this place. There are plenty of bakeries in the neighborhood/ northeast philly area that are much more affordable and with great atmosphere and customer service.
