Cory was great very communicative, got us our loan for a dream house. Nicole was an 1D10T. Lost forms, having to resend in the same documents that were submitted to the application portal. We're 2 month pay closing and I've still had to resubmit forms. Makes zero sense. The fact that they have no online payment system or monitoring of your loan is ridiculous for the year 2025.
