Found Town We have Web via a search for municipal website builders and very happy I came across their site. We ended up using Town Web to create our website from scratch and they exceeded our expectations. Town Web was able to get our website created and operational in far less time than quoted. Their customer support has been easy to work with, and the same with the website builders. We have not experienced anything which would make us regret our decision to use Town Web. I highly recommend them!

I had a terrible experience with Town Web. Their service was not delivered on time, and communication was lacking throughout the process. They overpromised and underdelivered at every step. As a design agency, I expected professionalism, but what I got was missed deadlines and excuses. Easily the worst design service I've worked with. Would not recommend.

The Town of Boykins, Virginia needed a new website to help residents get access to town forms and news without risking Covid-19 exposure by visiting the town hall. We were unable to reach anyone from our old website host to help us update or even renew our domain registry. Town Web came to the rescue. They designed and got the site running.. The site is extremely user-friendly and I, the town clerk, can easily post the minutes, notices, committee updates, or upcoming community events with ease. The best part is, they will post all of that for me if I am unable. We are excited to add online payment options for our residents soon and it is all thanks to Town Web and their amazing staff. Town Web has really helped our little rural town join the 21st century.
