Terrible service, my phone was completely damaged after my visit , that was 2 days after, my screen went totally black,and when I went back to complain about it, I was told to pay extra $150 to fix it again, meanwhile,I payed them $250 my first time with insurance, I had the money but I had to unlock my phone, so I politely asked for my phone to be fixed then I’ll pay since this was my only way to pay. I was treated so badly, and ignored but I needed my phone for work so I tried to convince them that I’ll pay or they can hold on to my iPhone 11 if I couldn’t pay, they ended called the police on me for something so simple that could have been resolved so easily since I already made a payment, and I didn’t even break my screen, it just went black. After this terrible experience, I found a better place to fix my phone and it was so much cheaper and better, I haven’t had a problem with my phone yet. I think it’s better service out there, these people will give u a run for your money. I don’t approve, it might look good at first but it’s cheap service. You might end up regretting.

Pak and Trevor was amazing, walked me through the process quick fast and easy. Got my phone unlocked and connected in little under an hour, great customer service, fast and the store is very nice and clean. Thank again 10/10 definitely recommend.

Message to the owner- I wanted to share some feedback regarding my visit to your store around 5:30 PM to get my iPhone 15 repaired. Before coming in, I called and was given the repair price. I explained upfront that I planned to split the payment — part on card, and the rest via Apple Pay. I was told that was fine and to come in. When I arrived, I was suddenly told that full payment was required before any work could begin. That didn’t make sense to me, especially since I needed my phone working in order to use Apple Pay — the very reason I was there. I understand policies are in place, but this situation wasn’t handled with much flexibility or logic. I even asked if I could pay half up front to get started, but that was turned down. As someone who works in sales, I know how important it is to work with customers, not push them out the door — especially when they’re ready and willing to pay. For reference, my interaction was with a white (Caucasian) woman who was working the counter at that time. I left disappointed and frustrated. I hope this feedback helps improve how similar situations are handled in the future.
