Laura & I will be starting our 3rd year of training together this week & I’ve lost over 80lbs with her. When I first approached Laura about training I figured it would be short lived as she’d help me get the weight off & I’d be done. I was so wrong about what she would do for me & how it changed my mindset on personal training completely!! She helped me fall in love with getting fit, strong and healthy. I would end up going from 1 day a week with her to 3x a week. She is so passionate & knowledgeable. I plan on training with her for the rest of my life!
Laura is a one of a kind personal trainer. She listens to her clients and meets them where they are at instead of pushing so hard at the beginning and just making you hurt the next day. I feel so much stronger since I started working with Laura. She is amazing!!!
I trained with Laura for 4 months until I got a new job that required too much travel. I really enjoyed her programming and how I felt both physically and mentally after our time together. She took the time to really get to know me and my goals, I felt seen and heard. Even on days I had low motivation, Laura was there to encourage me and push me. Overall, I got stronger than I ever have been and lost inches which was a goal of mine! I would highly recommend Laura if you are looking for a trainer who doesn't have a cookie cutter program and is also really personable.
Love training with Laura! She took time to get to know me and my goals, and developed a program accordingly. She doesn't hesitate to push me out of my comfort zone and is always a great motivator. I have never felt stronger or more confident. Would recommend Laura in a heartbeat. It's a true investment in your health that you won't regret!
Laura is a great trainer and motivator! She’s great at tailor exercises to individuals skill levels, while knowing when to help push someone to challenge themselves to hit the next level. She’s great at programming and knows how to really make sure to work all the muscle groups. She can do strictly lifting programs or create a HIIT work as well. She plays great music as well!
