I chose this repair shop based on some of the positive reviews I saw and now i regret not heeding the negative reviews that I also read about this place. My experience was negative. Customer service is sorely lacking and also respect for their customers time. I paid $53.50 upfront for the diagnostic fee and was told it would be a 2-3 week turnaround. Triad electronics was in possession of my equipment for over a Month and a Half. Not once during this time was i contacted with any updates about what they were doing with my equipment or the status of the repair. After waiting a whole month i decided to go up to the shop to find out what was going on and to get an update. I was told by the technician that he changed out the headphone jack on my device and still could not fix the problem and to give him a few more days and he would call me with an update. I was fine with that. 2 weeks pass by and no call nor update as promised. So I call only to be told by the technician that he couldn't fix it and i'd be better off getting a second opinion elsewhere. So not only was my time wasted but instead of being notified I had to be the one to keep inquiring about my equipment. Had I not called for an update who knows how long they would have sat on my equipment even longer. The technician claimed to have changed out the headphone jack on my equipment yet when i went to go pick it up, the same old jack was on my unit. I highly doubt he even opened up my unit at all and just pocketed my diagnostic fee money. I'm highly disappointed not only in the lack of professionalism, but also my time and money being wasted when i could have took my device to a more qualified business. I do not recommend this place and will never do business here again.

I had a warranty repair for my Sony TV. The technicians communicated with me promptly and replaced the main board in my TV in about 15 minutes. They even dismounted and remounted my TV. The very best service I have ever received from a repair company. If I need anything else repaired, I am coming to Triad Electronics!

Of you have electronic repair needs Triad Electronic is a great place. They are very professional, polite and kind. My TV was delivered to the store on Saturday morning and was told it would be repaired by Wednesday and it was. The stand on their word and no surprises They also sale used TV's and stereo components.

It's a mom and pop sort of place, and I had to drive from Charlotte to bring in my LG TV to get the screen replaced under their 5yr panel warranty. Dealing with LG was miserable. Triad Electronics was awesome. Apparently, I was their first customer to use LG's warranty, but they took charge, and I got my $4200 TV fixed for a very reasonable price since parts and labor weren't covered beyond the screen.

Awesome place with knowledgeable and helpful employees. Came here hoping they would be able to resolder my radar detector's connections and they were able to in less than 20 minutes even less than 30 minutes from closing, most shops these days practically close 40 minutes before their actual closing time. Just plain S++ service, and that is rare these days. Thank you.
