I paid Tribeca Plumbing $15,000 to replace all of my sewer and drain lines over 3.5 years ago. This was supposed to be a once-in-decades type of project. Recently my kitchen line slowed to a crawl, so I called them back. Their own master plumber ran a camera and found a 14-foot belly in the new PVC sewer line under my slab. A belly of that size means the line was installed improperly and will never drain right, in my opinion. To make matters worse, Tribeca admitted that the plumber who did the original job was an “untrustworthy” employee who was later fired for poor workmanship. Even with that admission, they refused to honor any workmanship warranty. Instead, they told me the belly was “settlement” (even though my foundation has shown zero movement) and quoted me $7,750 to fix their mistake. Bottom line: I paid top dollar for work that failed in under four years, and Tribeca Plumbing will not stand behind it. Homeowners deserve to know this before trusting them with a major job.
Had issues with water heaters and gas leaks, and Tribeca came out to the house and cleared up all the issues promptly. From friendly dispatch to timely arrivals to quality work, all around excellent experience. Special shout out to Jay for all his help!
I've used these guys pre and post home purchases about 5 times. Chris and Ethan from their team have been thorough and forthcoming with info on repairs, practical advice, and solutions. You get what you pay for with these guys, in a good way.
Great experience from the start and it just got better. The two young men who performed the diagnostic and camera services were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous! Jay the supervisor was absolutely amazing! He kept me in the loop throughout the process! I admire and respect the entire team! Jay gave me extremely valuable information on how the problem created by a previous Plumbing Company and provided detailed documentation. Thank you Tribeca!
Wow so very impressed!!!! In one days time their crew found the problem and started the work to resolve the issues. From the top down (owner of the company to the guys in the trenches) every one was polite, responsive and real loved what they were doing. Working Saturday and a holiday to get the job done. Price was competitive and while an estimate was provided they stayed on budget. Great care was taken as they worked around pool and sprinkler system plumbing. Alan & Jay K…. I can’t thank you enough!
