Have always had an amazing experience here. The staff are super helpful and knowledgeable. Beautiful jewelry. They also have a workshop on site. Have used them to resize rings, fix a broken omega watch, fix heirloom jewelry, appraisals for insurance purposes, rhodium plating, selling gold, and designing/creating new jewelry. They take pictures of all the pieces you leave with them and have a super organized system to keep track of everything. You get a detailed ticket. I personally wouldn’t have trusted any other jeweller with the special pieces I inherited from my mother and grandmother when they passed. Special thanks to Lanny for his help today on getting my new beautiful opal ring!

We took our men’s quartz Longines wrist watch in for what we thought was a simple battery change. After three visits and approximately $500 the watch was still not working. It would run for a day and then stop. The explanations we received made little sense to us. We have changed repair shops and are now satisfied. There has been no offer of compensation from Troy, just to continue this exercise. You need to know that I call again and asked to speak to a manager ,owner or the watch person. The man that answered the phone said that he was one of those and I told him that the watch had stopped working again… I said that it was the third time we were to returned the watch and after all the money spent we wanted our money back and we were going to go to an expert. The only reply I received was the I should bring the watch back so they could have another look at it… After three visit we refuse to visit your store again… L bailey

Easy 5 stars for my experience with Troy Shoppe Jewellers. From start to finish this process was amazing. Lanny provided great customer service, a beautiful ring, and an even better price. He helped me with everything and made me feel comfortable and confident with such a large purchase. She said yes, and boy did she ever love her ring. 10/10 would use Lanny and Troy Shoppe again.

10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND! THAIS was literally the best! From start to finish she was more than helpful and I’ll always praise Troy Shoppe Jewellers! I had them custom make my now Fiancée’s engagement ring and it turned out perfectly! I probably visited the store 5x before agreeing to go with them. Thais explained to me how the ring the my partner loved wouldn’t be ideal as it would probably break or bend and be very weak. Instead we could custom make one that’s similar but much much stronger. More anchor points, a gallery rail, and a thicker bridge all while maintaining the design she liked. THAIS was very knowledgeable, personable, kind, patient, and fun to work with! Her customer service is top tier and I’ll be recommending her for years to come to any and everyone!!!!!! I’m a very transparent guy, if I don’t like the service I would say so but here? At Troy Shoppe? ZERO COMPLAINTS!!!! I never even saw the ring before it was made, only a sketch, and even still I was iffy, but Thais put my hesitation at ease with kindness and it turned out better than expected ! I love the ring, my wife to be does, and we will always remember Troy Shoppe. It was worth every penny and more
