Tru Comfort cleaned the ductwork for me of a house that someone had not installed a filter in the return air duct and it was FULL of dust! Brought in their machine and cleaned all the ducts out perfectly. They also checked the system and made sure everything was running properly. I was a bit surprised how inexpensive it was for them to do all this work... Greatly Appreciated! THANKS SO VERY MUCH!!
Replaced two of our three AC units. Excellent communication. My time commitments made it difficult for them, but they were persistent and we are very satisfied with the results!
Tru comfort really helped us out. Especially last week when it was so freaking cold out. Heater quit working, and they were able to come get it back up and running. Had to turn it down, it was working so good! Thanks Dillan!
Tru Comfort has been great. As a Realtor and Property Manager I have many occasions to use Tru Comfort. They are always responsive and get the job done right. They do yearly service for the rentals I manage and have also installed new systems for homes I manage or sell.
Love these guys! My old furnace broke for good about 5 yrs ago now, and these guys drove up Mt Rose in the middle of a massive blizzard basically (with a trailer and everything) to put a new one in when NO ONE else would even put me on their books. They were just like so nice about it too. Literal heroes. Fast forward to this winter...furnace went out, and they got up here to diagnose on Jan 2nd (when everyone else is hung over still), then came back up to replace a gas valve a couple days later. There's all these different ways to contact them, too. I've never once had them not respond for days on end; other companies do that all the time then act like it's your fault somehow when you finally get a hold of them, it sucks!! TruComfort gets back to you right away no matter what method you use (online chat, phone, email, text). They just have this like calm, flawless work ethic - it's really so nice...it's almost like how the hell do they even do it?! I think it's awesome they're able to capitalize on what seems to be a like a collectively mean and condescending attitude from other trade businesses. Look at how many people leave TruComfort great reviews...I hope these guys never get sick of what they do because I will die if I have to go back to mean old grumpy men who think everyone but them is an idiot. I never look forward to no heat in the middle of winter, but I DO look forward to calling these guys when it happens.
