Techs were great and got our system running. I was told by the tech that the blower motor had a one year parts and labor warranty and that the office would email me a receipt. I finally called after 7 days have passed to have my receipt emailed. It is quite obvious that I would not have received the receipt without asking. I also inquired about the one year warranty and was told "I believe that is so" . The receipt has no statement about warranty, so who knows? Techs were great. Business practices leave much to be desired.

Greg has come out a couple of times to take care of our AC. We had some terrible experiences with American Home Shield warranty. They were trying to charge us over $5K for a repair to a coil and replacing the furnace. Greg was very honest and said it’s obviously better to replace our 33 year old AC but we can’t afford yet. Greg was able to get our maintenance done on both units and repaired our 33 year old unit for now and it’s so nice and COOL in the house again!!! Honorable mention for Danny helping us out too!!! Greg — thank you so much for being so compassionate, kind and caring. You can’t find those traits very often anymore. You’re just a great human!! Oh - they have a program that is way better than the silly American Home Shield. It saved me a lot of money!!

Thank you Charlie and the team at True Blue for such great buying experience. They not only gave us a great deal, but found the perfect 12ton unit for our bar in downtown. They provide the best customer service and we felt taken care through the whole process. We look forward to our business relationship for years to come.

My wife and I bought our dream home and after making 1 payment, the plumbing and HVAC failed. True Blue sent Michael Walker out first. Michael went above and beyond to get us running. The unit was 20 plus years old and needed replaced but he bought us some time. Then Paul Babb came out to give us an estimate on a new unit. He was kind and professional and gave us a fair price. Today, a team of guys worked diligently to swap out the unit. Led by Christian McMahan, Paul Dowdy and Senite Smith were very professional and very communicative especiallyi n this 100 plus degree heat. We are very pleased with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks True Blue!

Technician lied to me about motor being frozen. He told me twice the bearings are frozen. I should have said something but I trusted him. The motor is fine I had it checked. 500.$ for a new motor! While mounting motor he used zip ties that will over time get compromised from the vibration or could get accidentally snapped from the out side because they are exposed. IF the wires fall they will damage the fan blade because wires are dangling over fan. While tightening screws to mount he pinched wires between screws. I sent them pictures of this and they say its fine. Its not fine because the wire is creased and over time with the elements plus vibration it will become compromised and cause a short. He charged me 80.$ for a fuse cap that cost them .50 cents. A 750.$ bill should have cost only 200-300 hundred. Im mad at True Blue Heating & Cooling because they probably cheated my mother in the past. Its my moms A/C unit and I used the same company she used last time. I am going to have to have another technician come out and fix the work he did. This will run the total cost to get A/C in a good spot over 1000.$. It should have cost only 300.$ I will certainly use a different company next time. O ya the last screw he said cant be screwed in. I have had the A/C apart 3 or 4 times and have always managed to get the screws in. With out all the screws in the machine will vibrate horribly causing part to A/C to beak down fast. I had to help him screw in last screw HE WAS NOT WANTING TO DO THIS. The proper mounting for wires is in the fan mount he also didn't use. True Blue Heating&Cooling wanted to get in and out as fast as possible with or with out doing a good job.
