Hi, Great gym with a clean space, solid equipment, and a welcoming atmosphere. Staff are helpful and it never feels intimidating, which makes it easy to stay consistent. Definitely recommend. Thank you to Aaron for showing me around the gym!
Solid experience at TruFit gym. The front desk associates are very organized and competent at their roles, like today a female (did not get her name unfortunately), helped my transfer my membership seamlessly. Great customer service and a solid gym that has everything you need, and a pretty decent soundtrack if you’re into that!
Kids Club staff is amazing! My three boys have been attending for almost three years. My now three year old has been going since he was 6 month old. He love it! The ladies are very attentive. It is always very clean and very well organized. I feel at ease knowing my kids are safe and well taken care of while getting my workout in. Thank you, ladies for all the help these three years!
Viancy was amazing! Walk me and my buddy around and explained alot about the boxing and ladies workout room. Definitely got a membership! Viancy was super nice and didnt seem pushy at all. Im so glad I met her. The other female employee that I was asking questions too didnt have answers or didnt seemed enthusiastic about helping. Just being on her phone.
I recently registered here at TruFit for my Medical Advantage benefit and had a great experience. Bella was incredibly helpful and welcoming during the registration process. She took the time to give me a tour of the facilities, making me feel right at home. The gym offers a variety of classes, including Zumba, Spinning, Yoga, and Boxing, which I'm excited to try out. The equipment selection is great. However, I did notice a strong musty odor when I first arrived, which might be worth addressing. Overall, I'm looking forward to being a part of this community and exploring all the amenities they have to offer.
