I think his name is Michael... he is amazing. I was scared I'd have to spend soooo much money to get my computer fixed but he gave me a really good deal. It took a while for the parts to ship but during that time, he let me rent one of his other computers for cheap.

I had a very disappointing experience with Tucson Computer Repair. The repair work was poorly done and lacked professionalism. It was clear that the technician- Micheal had very limited experience. What surprised me the most was that he didn’t even know how to properly use adhesive remover gel, which is a very basic skill for computer repairs. Because of this, the job was done incorrectly and I had to bring my computer back multiple times just to ask them to fix their own mistakes. This wasted a lot of my time and caused unnecessary frustration. I would not recommend this place if you are looking for careful, skilled, and reliable computer repair service.

The most legit place in town for diagnosing and fixing computers. I came here after bringing my PC twice over the course of two weeks into a different computer repair store with no resolution of the issue... TCRS diagnosed and replace a faulty PCU cable that the other place hadn't even noticed, earning my total confidence and respect. It's always a bummer when something in the hardware fails, but TCRS makes that sting just a bit less by resolving the issues thoughtfully and well. Thanks again, really can't understate how glad I am to have this place in town.
