My experience in the YTT 200 hour SomaYoga Teacher Training at Tula Wellness awakened my life in every sense. Ann is a highly detailed and intentional instructor who teaches with clarity and care. She guides students through the philosophy of yoga, functional anatomy, and somatic principles in a way that is accessible and embodied. Throughout the training, Ann brings in other skilled practitioners and experts to support a premium learning experience. This depth of instruction created a strong foundation that I continue to rely on in both my personal practice and teaching. I've gone to Tula twice now for their Goddess Empowerment Circle with Desiree and Grace. The wind chimes are a big favorite of mine during the sound healing! I also LOVE the energy and fun those two bring. They're both so real and no bs too, which I really appreciate! My only complaint is that I bought a sealed bergamot perfume at this last event, and when I opened the box, it was citrus, not bergamot 😭 Idk how that got mixed up, but I was pretty sad when I found out after I made alllllll the way back to Rochester. I'm taking it as the universe giving me what I need, not what I want 😭🤣 Definitely looking forward to future Empowerment Circles and more classes with Grace 😊
Tula is a fantastic studio! My first class I took was actually at Linwood Park where they offer classes in the warmer months. (So excited for them to start up again!) The teachers are all so kind and offer something for people of all levels. I try to bring my family and friends as often as possible! Thanks, Tula!
I am so glad that I decided to try Yoga. Especially with this new Zoom Class in home format. And, with Tula Soma as my starting point. I started with zero background and in just a few short weeks I am seeing a difference in movement and pain management. Dan has a quiet calm assurance and knowledge that helps lead the class and discussion. I was also happy to share a space with only men while we talked about issues that we all face safely. There could be a bit of improvement with the Zoom class Technology limiting the uses of Audio and Visual and I'm sure that will come. I look forward to continuing my learning and practice with Tula.
Ich gehe seit fast zwei Jahren zu Tula! Was mich dorthin zog, war die einladenden Studios und eine große Vielfalt an Kursen, aber was mich dort gehalten hat, ist die erstaunliche Gemeinschaft. Im März wurde ich von meinem Bürojob entlassen, daher konnte ich viel öfter hingehen als zuvor. Glücklicherweise erhielt ich so viel Unterstützung von der Gemeinschaft, nicht nur bei meiner Yoga-Praxis, sondern auch in meinem Leben!
