Very unhappy with the service. We tried on dresses. we didnt end up buying. he started saying we tried dresses on his other shop and the other workers said us bengalis keep trying clothes on but dont buy them. Never ever coming here again. Very offended by this comment.

Went here with my mother and purchased 3 dresses . Owner who was male was kind and even gave me hangers to take home . Very good dresses and decent pricing , will definitely be returning !

I recently visited and had a disappointing experience. The owner was incredibly rude, even accusing me of time-wasting when I expressed interest in purchasing a suit. The lack of customer service was shocking, and the shop felt dead and uninviting. To top it off, the quality of the products didn’t meet my expectations. I won’t be returning.

Bought a dress on offer but the dress was ruined after first wash. Showed the owner who said he will be cautious to buy these again but there is no exchange or refund because he doesn't guarantee the clothes quality when we buy them. He also said I shouldn't have machine washed the dress but I pointed out that I had checked for washing labels and there were none. And no washing instructions were given at time of purchase to make me aware this printed dress would loose so much colour and all its gold print if machine washed. Lovely garments but awful customer service. Buy with caution because if anything goes wrong these guys do not help resolve the issues. Absolutely no integrity
