We had a very bad experience with Turner Pest Control. They repeatedly missed scheduled service appointments without any notice. Instead of coming on the agreed date, they would show up a day later or whenever they wanted, often during our business hours while customers were dining in the restaurant. We clearly told their technician that chemical spraying cannot be done while guests are eating, which is unsafe and unacceptable for a restaurant. The technician left, but they still sent us a bill for the service that was never performed. I contacted their office multiple times to report these issues. They apologized, but the same problems kept happening again and again. There was no improvement in scheduling, communication, or professionalism. Because of their unreliability, lack of respect for our operating hours, and improper billing, this has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I do not recommend this company to any restaurant or business that requires dependable, professional pest control service.
Ali was amazing! Very educational and a great listener. After weeks of failed attempts by other technicians, Ali was able to resolve my concern with just one visit! Now, I have peace of mind. I highly recommend him!
We have had such a great experience with Gavin from Turner Pest Control! He always shows up on time, communicates clearly, and is very professional. One thing that really stood out to us is his honesty. He found a $10 bill in our backyard while we weren’t home and made sure it was placed in our mailbox, even sending me a text to let me know. In today’s world, it’s rare to find someone so trustworthy, and we truly appreciate him. Thank you, Gavin, for always going above and beyond!
Had a technician call to say he's on his way for his annual renewal. I told him we sold the home and we do not need the service as we don't own the home. He went and supposedly conducted the service at the property and sent us a bill. BEWARE
This guy was just on the Selmon Bridge PURPOSELY slowing down traffic he almost caused 3 wrecks AND was littering!!!!! The behavior makes me believe he was Drunk. Do better it’s 8:45 in the morning !!!
