Overall, it was a good experience. The crew was efficient with loading and unloading. The only thing I would caution about is the drive time. The crew took two hours to make a one hour drive and their response at payment time was “he drove pretty slow”. So they tacked on an hour to my bill for that. I would recommend them but would say check everything before you tap your card to pay.
These guys are AMAZING! We had a fantastic experience with Two Men and a Truck Moving from start to finish. Our belongings were handled with care and precision, and the whole process was smoother than we could have hoped for. Brianna made scheduling easy, and Jennifer was super helpful, delivering boxes with a friendly smile and checking in to make sure all was going well throughout moving day. The move team itself (Jarrod, Horace, Diego, and Thrashaun) was outstanding. They were courteous, thoughtful, and worked incredibly well together. Their positive energy actually made moving day feel almost enjoyable... which is saying something! Highly recommend. We’d definitely use them again.
Jalen, Tre, and James were freaking fantastic! The took everything apart and put it back where I needed it to go. They had 0 attitude and were just happy to help and take care of everything for me. They treated everything with care. The were hustling. Fastest movers I have ever seen! Jalen even straightened the couch decor pillows! Just above and beyond service! They made a stressful day a breeze. Elle made scheduling easy as well.
I moved from Texas to Kentucky with two men and a truck. First off they sized the truck wrong and could not even bring all of our things we ended up waiting about another month for the other stuff. Second when they did move us all boxes with labels are facing the storage wall and not forward. Lastly they broke our kitchen table took two months to review the case and decided after 8 grand plus in charges we get nothing for our kitchen table they broke in the move. Please if moving far find someone else that cares more about their customers.
I hate to write this but my experience matters and I hope people will pick someone else for their move. They broke my antique copper and iron table during my move, for some reason they only wrapped the top of the table but not the legs or anywhere else to make it more secure and at least some protection as it is a heavy table. The movers were nice and didn’t want to be angry with them so i kept it respectful and easy for them as it was their mistake but that stuff happens. However Jennifer beck is a major issue in this situation. The guy who was making me sign paperwork I mentioned maybe I should get the best coverage as I don’t know how much it’ll cost to repair this table since it is antique and was told they will make it right. Then enters Jennifer beck. The table used to be able to crank up and down while remaining in the same position and was extremely sturdy did not shake or move with light touch. Well now it does after the movers made a mistake. They proceeded to lie about the extension of the damage. It no longer goes up or down, wobbles and has a broken bent previously welded on handle. Jennifer beck I’ve been directly in contact with and scams me into saying that they won’t do anything about it and think that my table which is 5000$ is not covered on their end as I did not see them drop it yet I saw it flipped upside down with the workers stuttering and a broken table (do the math). I payed for their coverage fee and was quoted by the antique repair stores and the original seller from the antique store I purchased that it’ll exceed 400$ based on the videos and photos provided by me and I need to rent a U-Haul truck as it is too heavy and big for my small old car which adds to the cost. they continue to say they will not cover it yet in their policy they are supposed to. I highly recommend against using these scammers services and better off with a different company. Sad I need to write this in the first place
