Five stars for Manny, Cory, Nasir, and Joseph M! They did a phenomenal job with our move, but the best part was the team's attitude. They were so kind, helpful, and easygoing that it took all the anxiety out of the day. They are fast, careful, and just great people to work with. I’ll definitely be using them again!
Worst experience we have ever had using Two Men and a Truck. Fourth time using them by my family. If something doesn’t fit the answer is not push harder and damage things. Ruined our door frame and brand new screen door on the house we are trying to sell. Smashed our refrigerator so bad the front is dented and the cord is ruined. Second complaint is the coordination between the two trucks that moved us…. Moved one piano and a desk to a separate destination first with one crew and truck and rather than having the empty truck come back to the original pickup address (was on the way) they sent the empty truck to the final destination while two guys crammed our belongings on one truck and didn’t even get everything loaded that we originally set out to move….. absolutely ridiculous. I even asked the first crew if they were coming back to help load and they said they were…. The guy that was sort of in charge was the one that called them off and then was cramming our stuff on the truck. Also, when I asked the guy in charge about the refrigerator he tried to get me to accept $100.00 credit but I had to sign a waiver saying that anything else was not on them….. same guy attempted to straighten the plug on our refrigerator and he knew it was beyond repair prior to asking me to consider accepting the $100.00 credit…. Not a very honest person. Glad I didn’t accept the offer. Two damage reports pending and I will update if / when resolution is offered. Piss poor customer service so far. I would never use these people again if you value your home and your belongings. Update from the General Manager!!! What a joke!! I’ll bet his attitude would be different if it were on his house. Will never hire this company again!! “Hi Brad, Unfortunately, I have received confirmation from two separate vendors that the issues described in this email chain are not as represented. Both vendors have confirmed that there is nothing wrong with the door and that it is 100% fully functional. As of most recent, the only noted issue was a minor scratch on the aluminum, which has already been repaired. The repair is not noticeable and does not impact the door’s appearance or functionality in any way. Based on this information, we will be moving forward with paying our vendors and finalizing the claim on our end. When the appliance repair company sends me their invoice, we may hop on a call to discuss a settlement for the minor appearance damages to that refrigerator. Thank you, Jake Gorney General Manager”
My movers were awesome! Very organized, great listeners, checking to ensure move was correct and went smoothly. Great at rolling with adversity and we had some laughs and fun along the way. That kept moving stress free! Thank you and I'll always use this company for all moves. You can trust them and the are reasonable priced!
Great crew yesterday for our move! Manny, Cory, Nick, Justin D and Vito were all so nice and polite. They were efficient and had great attitudes even in the bad weather. They all made our moving day go smoothly and we had a good experience.
Manny Jackson and Justin H. did an amazing job. This was my first big move and nothing broken and it was like having friends help me move. The price was also reasonable for moving from house to house and they made sure I had everything I needed. They also made sure I understood everything I was signing. 10/10 would recommend.
