Very Frustrated, Brought In A PlayStation 5 Console For Repair, Was Told It Was Fixable, Paid My Deposit, Left The PlayStation And Was Told A 1-2 Day ETA, 4 Days Later, I Had To Contact Them As I Was Not Given Any Updates Or Anything, I Was Told The Console Was Repaired But Was Still Not Working And They Asked Permission To Do Another Repair, Estimating Another $100, Approved The Repair Although Frustrated, Was Told I Would Be Called By Thursday, Thursday Morning I Contacted Them, Waited 6+ Hours For A Call Just To Be Told They Can Not Fix It And I Need To Buy A New Console, Went In To Receive My Console Plus Buy A New One From Them, New Console Instantly Broke And The USB Port Shattered And Fell Out, And The New Controller Had A Button That Did Not Work, Spent Almost $400 For A Console That’s Falling Apart And A Controller That Does Not Function Properly. Extremely Frustrated, Only Gave 2 Stars Because Employee: Kimmy Was Kind And They Put My Original Deposit Towards The New PlayStation Despite It Not Working.

Excellent service! Very knowledgeable. The only store in Fresno with the skills and expertise to fix this monitor. Peter and Sutton at U-Tec in River Park thank you, really went the extra mile and I recommend them to everyone having tech issues.
