I came here for an insurance claim as it is the only in-store location that Verizon offered me for my screen repair. They provided instructions which I followed when I got to the store and checked in the guy working printed off a 2 ft long receipt and told me to sign it which I explained I wanted to know what it was before I signed anything. This is at 4:00 in the afternoon he told me that he was pretty sure they would have it done today. That confused me so I asked and he said it's going to take a few hours so I said I was not able to get it done because I didn't have time to drive 45 minutes home and have to come back home later and that I was not aware that I had to leave my phone there for a few hours. He just looked at me and kind of laughed and said but you have to leave the phone for us to fix it and I said I'm aware you need the phone I was not aware however that you did not fix it while I was sitting here and that I would have to leave it here for hours and I'm not able to do that right now and he said well it takes more than 10 minutes. He was very rude as was his tone and it was not necessary he took the paper that I had signed and crumbled it up in a big ball in front of me and walked away as I was asking him a question he had canceled the work order and I was trying to find out if I had to submit a new order to get it fixed now since he canceled it and it was not fixed but he just walked away. Highly suggest retraining on customer service skills there was absolutely zero reason to respond in the way that he did to crumble up the paper or walk away as I'm asking

Justin was superb in his customer service! He explained everything clearly and concisely and made sure everything I came in for was handled as quickly as possible and as efficiently as possible. He was friendly and welcoming! I will definitely recommend ubreakific to all my family and friends.

The only good thing I have to say is that the receptionist is nice. I took my laptop in for diagnostic on January 3rd. They said 5-7 days. I called friday they said they did not get to it yet. I called yesterday, thursday and they said they think it is a motherboard issue. That the part they would get would cost $600-$650. The motherboards online are barely in the $300 price range. I think anyone looking for an actual repair on the laptop needs to go somewhere else. I told them forget it, and ill pick laptop back up today. I am going to send it in to my favorite youtube repair guy to see if he can actually diagnose and fix it. It's really a waste of time because no one called me for an update the wholetime and if i didn't call I would suspect they would have kept it indefinitely.

Due to my own clumsiness, I've had to visit this store a few times in the past year. Every time I visit, the employees are extremely helpful and amiable. I would recommend this store in Huntsville to anyone needing a phone repair. I have dealt with many superb employees during my visits, but most recently, Michael. He was extremely helpful. Thank you!

Well I'm satisfied with my repair but I'm not happy that you wouldn't honor the $10 coupon. It is clear on the coupon ANY device but I was told that Samsung wasn't included & that's unfair. I would appreciate if you would reconsider & honor that with a refund of $10 to my card.
