The best service I ever received they kept me up to date on all things involving my I phone 16 pro max ! The manager was very helpful along with her staff keeping me involved and made me feel very confident and comfortable with their service! I think the 5 star reviews are fake because i have no idea how they’re so high. Had someone take my macbook for a screen repair and the price was quite expensive for a third party place (400+) but i was like whatever as long as it’s fixed. A week or so rolls in and the screen was great but the whole damn cover was replaced and they put one with no logo. It looked like a temu version of a macbook. So obviously i took it back and they refunded me and put my broken screen back again. They said they didn’t have the machine to remove the screen so they removed the whole thing. They should have said that before we gave them the money so we could have gone somewhere else and not wasted our time.
I don't understand how they get such high reviews scores because they are truly inefficient at what they do. Not only will their services be significantly overpriced, their work speed is incredibly slow...to the point that an hour of work takes weeks! Their professionalism is at question too, often lacking basic skills to determibe and preform the necessary procedures. In fact, it seems they are only good at cleaning and that is what they just opt in to do without taking a look to determine root issues. Overall, do not recommend.
