I dropped off my ipad. I admit the part on backorder was a little aggravating because they couldn't give me a precise time it would be done. However the repair was complete and I had no issues. The price was reasonable as well.
Took my iphone 15 in for repair. It had impact damage in the camera area, and some cracks on the back glass. Tech said they could repair it with a OEM part. When i picked the phone back up 2 hours later, as im walking to the car i notice that the camera and flash light were not working and there was a red icon in the settings saying the camera was not recognized. I'm wondering how the tech didn't see that , or even test that stuff was working. They then tell me that have to go back inot the phone, take another 40 min. After another hour and half they tell me they don't know why the camera and flashlight are not working, and suggest i take it to Apple. Period. So For almost 5 hours of my time and my money, they basically put a new back on my phone( supposedly OEM) and was like "see ya". The phone had no other damage, and otherwise worked perfectly fine before the back glass was replaced by the way,just that the camera and flashlight were not working.The tech was Eric, who as he was ringing me out the first time( Failed repair #1) was trying to get me to buy a insurance plan! Yea- These are just the facts, no additives, though i sure feel like throwing some.
I went in not too hopeful as my phone was getting worse as days passed by, & I was avoiding the fact of getting a new one. I still decided to try this store just as a last chance, and I’m glad I did! The cashier was professional and helpful, great attitude as well. My phone was fixed in less than an hour! Very satisfied and I do recommend !
I had such a great experience at uBreakiFix! A couple of months ago, I bought a laptop from Walmart, and it had been working fine—until one day I got a blue screen error and it kept crashing and restarting. I honestly thought I’d either have to buy a new laptop or spend a ton of money to get it fixed. Thankfully, I walked into uBreakiFix and was helped by Kevin, who was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. He took a look and quickly figured out that my laptop just needed some critical updates that I hadn’t installed. He helped me update everything, and now it’s working perfectly again! I’m beyond grateful for the help and honesty—especially since I was stressed about having to spend money I don’t have. Kevin also let me know I could come back if I had any more issues. Thank you so much to Kevin and the team! You’ve definitely earned a loyal customer.
After being turned away from the Geek Squad (Apple agreement prohobits them from working on "obsolete" products that are 7 years or so old) they referred me here. UbreakIfix repaired my MacBook Air 11 and I'm so pleased! Love my gadget and thrilled I get to keep using her!!!
