I dropped my little brothers Nintendo Switch to the guys and although it took a bit longer than expected to fix, it was absolutely worth the wait! The communication, kindness, and support was top tier! My little brother has cerebral palsy and autism and we just lost our Mom, who besides me, was his person , so losing her and losing his switch (which is his most prized possession) was genuinely so devastating to him. You guys are my heroes and I couldn’t be more grateful for ubreakifix and the techs that helped us!
Originally had my Ps5 hdmi port repaired a year ago and paid extra for warranty. The same issue came about approximately 7 months later under warranty so I returned it. Initially was told it would be ready in a week. That turned to 2 weeks just for them to tell me they couldn’t fix it. After that, their next solution was to ship it to florida. The process of getting it back was approximately 3 weeks. After being told it’d be 2-3 business days. I called following up the whole process getting different answers on when it would be back. But, they said they’d call when it was shipped back. 4 days after my expected delivery date from Florida, I call for them to tell me it’s there. I receive my ps5 and now the system wont turn on… so even worse than when I brought it in. I called, they ensured it was probably a small fix… this led to them telling me they couldn’t fix it and offering a a possible replacement in a couple days for the time being.. This location in the plaza LACKS PROFESSIONALISM, sense of urgency, and trust. Tread lightly with any products you may need to use for elongated periods of time.
Found a micro scratch that the guy spent 10 minutes trying to show it to me and he couldn't. Maybe if you used a 10x magnifying glass and photo lighting? Anyhow, somehow that sand dust scratch that no one else can find seemed to caused my screen to develop a dead zone, horizontal green lines and a faded line going vertical? Also even explained to the guy that the screen went crazy mid video. Not from opening or closing, no stylus, I wasn't even touching it when the screen issued started. My guess is they get kickback to deny claims for expensive phone repairs. In any case, do not trust them. They'll take advantage of you in a heartbeat, but when they do, do not lose hope. You can fight back! Just remember the names of who you talk to and write down the address. Use the ubreakitifix website and the details of how to file a dispute is on there. Worse case you can take them to small claims court. Annoying, definitely, but you can do most of it online now, so it's doable. Oh and of course go to their parent company Asurion at the BBB and start a complaint there as well. As always, be sure to take many pictures and videos before you take anything to them and if you are sure they unjustly denied you take even more after. Here, maybe you all can find the pinprick scratch on the outer layer screen protector that somehow magically did ALL that damage.
These guys are fantastic. I’ve been in three times now. Once with my phone and twice with work tablets and they are always able to help right on the spot. It’s really reasonable too… much cheaper than going to the Apple Store
Didn’t get much done, but it’s probably the best experience I’ve ever had with someone being totally honest with me about. When is it wrong with my phone? This is the only place I would really rather do business for someone to tell Maybe that was a better way to proceed with my phone issue. He didn’t make any money off of me and if he didn’t have to, he didn’t try to today. I got to see that they were still honest people in the world and he Created me with a smile, treated me with kindness and pointied me in the right direction
