This place is the best! Anytime something happens with my phone these guys always take care of me. Colby was super helpful and cleaned out my charger port! Some places would take advantage and charge me to replace my port, these guys did it for nothing! Come see these guys instead of buying a new phone

I would not recommend this place at all. I specifically called making sure I had an appointment because I was coming in from out of town only to find out that they can't fix my screen because they ran out of screen protectors for my phone. You knew I was coming from a different city and what I was coming in for. Why not hold a screen protector for me for that reason? Wasted my time and my gas for no reason

I recently came in to get my iPhone screen fixed, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. Adrian and Abraham were incredibly knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and made me feel confident that my phone was in good hands. They have great customer communication skills, very personable which is a positive in my book! The repair was done efficiently, and my screen looks as good as new. Service was also fast as it only took 20 minutes. What really stood out was their attention to detail and willingness to answer all my questions without rushing me. It’s not every day you come across technicians who combine skill with such great customer service. They also noticed my West Point Military Academy hat (My husband who is an 08 USMA Grad) that I had on that day and asked if I was prior service. So for any current or prior Military Service Members, they do offer a Military discount!! I highly recommend this place—Adrian and Abraham truly went above and beyond! Thank you for being so helpful and most of all KIND!!
