If you’re looking to save your tech items… UBIF is THE place- One and Done! They’re honest, attentive, fair, informative- EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Took my cellphone device here and Liz was a SuperStar. Let me tell you, when all else fails. This is the place to go! This is a lengthy read but it’ll be worth it. So, I’ve been here a few times and ALL my visits were great, the staff here are ah-mazing- but this one took the cake. After all my research online, doing recommendations from online communities to reset my device at home-unsuccessful, error code came up. Then taking it to BB Geek Squad, they run into the same code, unable to reset/restore and was told there’s nothing they/anyone can do… wth! What a waste of time and money with GS 🤦🏻♀️ So I called here-last hope. I get Liz, telling her about the symptoms of my device along with what has already been tried and done (All I was looking for was a simple wipe) She tells me to bring it in to take a look at it. I arrive, she takes me in right away - gets started and does her troubleshooting, comes right back out and says she’s gonna try something and see if it works. She asked for my contact info, and that she’ll call me with the results. I get home and not too long I get the call to come back. It’s done! Omg this girl- Saved.The.Day! Considering what I’ve been through today? All I can say is Liz was a blessing. Thank you, Liz! Thank you UBIF!
You did an Amazing job!!! My phone and screen is finally working and that annoying non stop voice is finally gone I love companies that go the extra mile. The workers are very polite, too. An extra shout out to the young man that personally handed me my phone. I think his name was Lavonne, so I send many blessings your way, since your kindness and expertise goes a long way in this day and age. He is truly a kind and considerate person that went above and beyond for his customers. I highly recommend this store. I read a few very negative comments and I myself have to say that I have been going to this exact store on Decatur for at least 3 yrs. and I have always had the best service regardless if they could fix my phone or not. I have never come across a bad employee or negative experience yet. They work very hard to determine if they can or cannot fix your phone and always gave me the option to go through my insurance when needed before they even started working on my phone. Sometimes yes or no but it has always been a Good experience. Sorry about the long review, but it is always necessary to acknowledge a Great business in our community.
My S24 ultra had a cracked back panel including the cover over the camera lens. This store was able to replace it same day and it barely took 1 hour to get my phone back! Total cost was reasonable as well,$140. Much better than buying a brand new phone
Had the pleasure of going to the N Decatur “UBREAKIFIX” facility on Monday. My Apple 11 had developed a nasty white line on the screen. I went to AT&T to upgrade but decided to see if the 11 was fixable since I had Asurion insurance…always a good safety net. It was late in the day and I was greeted by Renee , an incredibly nice, polite and professional young man. He helped me recover my applid and assured me that this normal “1hr” job could be accomplished before closing 25 minutes away. The technician (name? Begins with a G- Giovani?) was also amazing. These guys are a dynamic duo team and whatever they are getting paid, it isn’t enough. Thank Renee and “G”. Wayne S
Amazing service! I came in to get the back of my iPhone 16 repaired after it cracked, and uBreakiFix took care of it completely free through my insurance. Rene was incredibly helpful and professional — he kept me updated throughout the process and got my phone back to me looking brand new. Highly recommend this location if you need a phone repair done right. Thanks again, Rene and team!
