Avoid this place in summer at all costs. The heat is unbearable, and the tiny fans scattered around are purely for decoration. No air conditioning, no comfort, just sweat. It’s honestly shocking that a business operating in this climate thinks this is acceptable. Installing proper AC isn’t a luxury... it’s the bare minimum.
Very Disappointing – Wouldn’t Recommend This place was absolute chaos. Way too overcrowded, long waits for everything, and no real organization. It felt stressful, not fun. Staff were unhelpful and didn’t seem to care. On top of that, there’s basically no proper space for adults — nowhere comfortable to sit or relax while the kids play. Parents are just left standing in noise and madness. Some equipment looked worn and not well maintained, which is concerning. Food was also overpriced and not worth it. Overall, it felt like they just want to pack people in and take your money rather than provide a good experience. Definitely not going back.
Good playground for kids. The staff is very friendly And helpful. kareena is very kind staff . my children enjoyed.
I recommend this to people who are stating at the Westmead Hospital and the Ronald McDonald House Also, for the owner, please try and partner with the Ronald McDonald House Charities. There is not one reason why this should have less than 5 stars. Bravo to the person who built this
We had a kid's birthday party here today and it was absolutely worth it! The party host was accommodating and did her job well. The cleanliness is what you can expect for a kid's play area, but they kept it well maintained. There are so many options and areas to play. They also have couches for parents to sit on and supervise, which is rare for a place like this. The food packages allowed me to relax without running around trying to plan party platters. It was a good time and relatively low stress. We were able to decorate how we wanted to as well!
