I had the absolute pleasure of working with Marissa and Peter over the past month, and I could not be happier with the experience. I originally discovered their company through Instagram after seeing stunning marquee letter setups, and I immediately knew it was exactly what I had envisioned for my baby shower. After sending a direct message on Instagram, I received a very quick response from Peter, who then connected me with Marissa via email. From the very beginning, Marissa was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was incredibly supportive throughout the entire planning process and went above and beyond by helping me source additional centerpieces and balloons to further elevate the event and bring everything together perfectly. On the day of the event, Peter arrived with his team to complete the setup. Everything was done efficiently and seamlessly, and the team was extremely professional, polite, and well organized. The entire experience felt effortless, and their attention to detail truly made the day feel special. I would 100% work with them again for any future parties, rentals, or events, and I cannot recommend them enough.

Unforgettable Stag – Absolutely Epic! Ultimate Party Services knocked it out of the park! From start to finish, everything was smooth, well-organized, and just pure chaos in the best way possible. The activities were top-tier, the hosts were legends, and every detail was taken care of so we could focus on having the time of our lives. Massive thanks to the team for making the groom's last weekend of freedom unforgettable. We laughed (a lot), partied hard, and made memories that’ll be talked about for years. Highly recommend if you want a stress-free, next-level stag. 10/10!

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience as a first time customer. The owner (Marisa) is EXTREMELY rude, to the point she even made another (first time) customer whom I have never met and was picking up chairs at the same time as me, say she will never use this business again based on observing how Marisa was speaking to and treating me. Marisa is extremely condescending, lacks any sort of business etiquette and must be paying for positive her reviews (or those customers must not have interacted with her directly). Also, she needs to hire staff who are able to assist in loading items instead of yelling at customers who have innocently asked for assistance (which she confirmed via email would be provided). When I politely asked Marisa why she’s speaking to me so rudely and that it’s uncalled for, she said “if you don’t like it, leave and I’ll refund you. I don’t need your business.” I’m a visible minority, and would hate to think that Marisa’s uncalled for and rude treatment towards me was because of that. If I could give this business zero stars I would. Aside from the TERRIBLE experience with Marisa at her business, the chairs were dirty and covered in hairs from previous use. Not sanitary at all and she clearly does not clean the supplies after each use. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS

The rentals were in decent condition, and the prices are good which earns a star. However their delivery charge is much higher than other rental companies, and when we returned some chaffing dishes, they said one of them wasnt theirs since it was only a half size. I know they rent both full and half size so unless some random person came into our venue and swapped it out, then it was a mistake on their end to which Marisa said was impossible. We were charged for replacing the "missing " dish despite there clearly being a mix up on their end.
