Emma is my go to girl! She keeps my stiletto nails skinny and sharp and my lashes looking naturally enhanced. I have large eyes and Emma is able to keep them looking soft and doe-y without overwhelming them. I absolutely love the care she gives and her willingness to create a happy client with me!
I took my mom and sister here the day after Christmas as a gift. We all got pedicures. The customer service was good and everyone was friendly. No complaints until that night my big toe on my left foot started to hurt. I tried not to think anything of it, maybe my toe nail was cut too short or something but I started to worry come Monday bc the pain got worse. I went to urgent care and I had an infection. I was prescribed an antibiotic that I needed to take for 10 days. I reached out to the salon and they asked for my medical records and pictures. I sent the everything they requested and they stated they’ll need to send it to the manger and get back with me. They followed up a couple hours later and informed me that I should’ve come there to see them before going to urgent care bc they had someone trained to diagnose if it was an infection or ingrown. Which I was confused by bc a doctor is very well trained, so their response threw me off completely but they refunded my service and provided me with a gift certificate that I gave away. Needless to say, the experience was nice but not nice enough to risk getting an infection. Go at your own risk!
Ashley always does a fantastic job with my nails and always leaves them as I like to describe “✨Pinterest Worthy✨” love her work ethic and just her overall promise and results of everything I show her that I would like to do .
This is my 3rd time at Ulux and this is my favorite nail salon! The manager Lucy is very attentive and provides EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE! They really want to make sure you’re happy when you leave. I’ve had difference techs each time but they are all very very meticulous! I love it here!!! And try the iced Vietnamese coffee!!!
Absolutely love this place. They see me every 2 weeks. Jason is awesome! Sharpest squares in the city✨ Update: Jason is still awesome of course hurt you are needing a pedicure IVY hands down will have you feeling brand new! I thank you both for such an amazing job and always taking good care of me!
