A total dream vintage shopping experience! Let’s talk about UmaLu Vintage — because I’m absolutely in love. I first visited last weekend (11/02 ) to find pieces for an outfit for my birthday (11/03), and it was such a special experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the cutest staff — both associates were so warm, patient, and personal that it instantly felt like we’d been gorls 4evr 🫶🥹. They gave me space to explore freely but stayed tuned in to my energy; whenever I got excited about a piece, they matched it perfectly. That kind of genuine connection is rare and made the whole experience so fun and memorable. And the clothing? Muah — chef’s kiss. This is where you’ll find real vintage: beautifully curated pieces of fashion history with attitude and flair 🙇‍♀️🧚‍♀️💅🏽. The store itself is stunningly organized, stylish, and inclusive — sizes for all expressive baddies who want to feel in their power 👢🪖😎. That day, I took home two show-stopping pairs of heels: 👡 Royal blue Louis Vuitton ankle-bedded stiletto sandals — bold, elegant, and playful all at once. 🪸 Valentino heels with coral and rhinestone enamel — full of personality, totally “me.” I even got to meet Uma and Luca, the owners — total sweethearts! Talented, creative, and down-to-earth, they radiate kindness and passion for what they do. And I have to shout out Brandon from the pop-up Miami Musubi, who made me the creamiest, most delicious matcha drink that totally redeemed the one I’d made for myself in the past and got me to believe I was not a matcha girly after all—I guess I most definitely am now 😋 Merci beaucoup! 💋 Thank you to the entire UmaLu team — you make shopping feel special, personal, and full of joy. Just learned today that my other favorite vintage store, Fly Boutique, is UmaLu’s sister store — eiii! It’s walking distance and totally worth checking out to get the full vintage fantasy 👗✨

I recently purchased a pair of Gucci vintage shoes from UmaLu as a birthday gift for myself. I was told by the associate that they were brand new and in great condition which was part of the reason I felt confident making the $500 purchase. Unfortunately, when I wore them the very same day the shoes completely broke apart the sole came undone and the shoe split in half. I was really disappointed especially since they were represented as new. I completely understand that vintage items can be delicate, but this level of damage after just one wear is not acceptable for the price point and description provided. When I came back to the store, I was offered only store credit but given the circumstances I believe a refund is the only fair resolution I admired UmaLu Vintage and the way my friend spoke so highly of your business which is why I chose your store in the first place
