It was my first time at this studio and Ana took such great care of me. She was incredibly gentle and really took her time, which made the whole experience surprisingly pleasant. I’m genuinely impressed and very satisfied with the service. Getting waxed by Ana was truly a delight
Very bad experience. Left the place with bleeding nose. The only thing they gave me a tissue with an attitude and said all will be fine. I’m doing nose waxing for the last 10 years, never experienced that. You have to choose carefully who will do the procedure on you, some of the ladies are not professional and don’t know what they are doing.
No parking, had to wait for 35 minutes even though I was only 7 minutes late to my appointment. In response to store’s response: I have to correct you that my service with the add-on service was scheduled to take at least 10 minutes not 5 minutes as you claim. Also, I texted that I will arrive a bit late because parking was impossible to find nearby. When I arrived there, I was told if I wait for only 10 minutes they should be able to take care of my appointment. I waited for 35 minutes!! Also, the service was very mediocre and the tweezers not hygienic either as she just put it on the dirty table during my service and left it there. I regularly go to other Unikwax locations but I will never visit this Midtown branch ever again.
