Zero star for the irresponsible behaviour . One star for the service. Dodgy company /service. Booked event decoration. Got Call at the time of of event that this fraud cannot come as she somehow forgot about it. We request to do it and came did it one and half our later as it was too late to book another.Had to cancel the lots of plan due to delay. Came to compromise with lots of adjustments eventually the decoration was different than shown in the picture. Choose not to confront as we didn’t wanted to ruin our already bad day. This lady come 2 hrs later complaining and rolling of eyes about the alleged powder, which was plain non staining powder easily wiped of gender reveal. Refused to refund the bond. Forget about apologies. Please be aware of this fraud lady.

WARNING!! It appears owner Amy Day has changed business names. This was bought to my attention when one of her potential customers contacted me via social media after reading my review on her original business “Floral Outcome Events”. Fair Trading obviously has been dealing with unhappy customers. Read reviews before committing to becoming her next disaster!

It was a total disaster, set up was at a completely different location and when I requested to set it up at the correct location Amy Day refused to do it and rejected my phone calls and blocked me of every social media platform, we have lodged a complaint with the fair trading. This wasn’t just any birthday party it was my wedding day, totally disgusted with the service. She didn’t give a full refund and she lacked any empathy and compassion. Heartless and hostile and would not recommend anyone to use their services.
