My son was excited to purchase his first home..483 Monticello...realtor/seller Christian Williams accepted his full ask offer of $309k...contingent on inspection. WILLIAMS is the flipper of this house also. My son paid a $3000 earnest money deposit. HOUSE FAILED INSPECTION BIG TIME. My son rescinded his offer....CHRISTIAN WILLIAMS would not sign a release...offered to fix...however this house needs a structural engineer AND electrical engineer which he knows damn good and well that this will cost more than his commission. My son now has NO $$ to look for another house because CHRISTIAN WILLIAMS stole his earnest money!!!!!! He should be ashamed of himself...it hasn't even been a week and he has hosted an open house...KNOWING THAT THIS HOUSE WILL NOT PASS INSPECTION....and is not doing Nything to fix all the major issues with the house. There is MAJOR water damage and standing water under the house ...dry rot...electrical is backwards.....SHAME ON YOU!!! I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO STAY AWAY FROM CHRISTIAN WILLIAMS!!!
