I cannot begin to explain how incredible universal dog care Orlando was with my 2-year-old pomsky Nova. I actually had them saved in my phone for a while waiting for a trip to Orlando with my family. We drove from New York to Orlando just so that Nova can be part of the vacation. She stayed all day from 9am to 10pm and we got pictures of her throughout the day. It was great to see that she was having her own kinda fun with new friends. Towards the end of the night I started panicking bc my teenager were still waiting to get on a ride and I wouldn't make it on time for pick up. I sent a last minute text and I felt like I was messaging a friend. There was no worry for the extra time. I paid $20 for the extra hour and I was worry free! I will definitely be using them again whenever I travel to Florida. My only downfall is that I have no one like them in NY.

The owner is such sweet human being and shared that she has 25+ years of working at a rescue and loving dogs of all kinds. She sent really cute pics of my dog while I was at Universal and I could tell my baby was happy and having fun. Plus, she made a new bestie while I was there! :) Booking was super simple over text & Calendly with very reasonable pricing. Totally recommend!

We can’t say enough about how wonderful Universal Dog Care is. We were visiting Epic Universe and we were so relieved when we found Universal Dog Care..We had such an amazing experience. Our dog Tripp had the best day ever. It was so nice to know that he was in a home with loving people and other dogs to play with. We received regular updates all day, which was so nice and really made our day.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Experience with UDCO! To start, I really appreciated the quick response time when it came to giving us a quote. So do not hesitate to reach out if it’s your first time booking! From the moment I dropped off my doggie (Ace) with Grammy, he seemed completely at ease in her company. It really gave me peace of mind knowing that he was safe and in capable hands. Throughout the day we received regular updates and photos of him enjoying his stay which was also a nice touch. Then when we picked him up, he was totally happy and full of positive energy. It’s clear UDCO offers top-quality dog care. So we will definitely be bringing Ace back again soon!

We had a full day planned at the new Epic Adventure Park but didn’t want to leave our 3-year-old Cavapoo behind since it was her first beach vacation. Unlike Disney, Universal doesn’t have a pet care option, so I searched around and found Universal Dog Care Orlando. I’m so glad I did! From the very beginning, the communication was excellent. They made sure we felt comfortable before drop-off and clearly prepared to welcome our girl. Throughout the day, we received picture updates that instantly put us at ease. Some of the photos were so funny they had our whole group laughing out loud, such a thoughtful touch that really stood out from other services we’ve used. The entire process was smooth and professional, and it was obvious our pup was getting plenty of attention and care. We even got one last update photo as we were on the way back showing she had her final bathroom break before pickup. By the end of the day, we were all worn out from the parks and so was she, which was perfect. Overall, this was an amazing experience. I would highly recommend Universal Dog Care Orlando to anyone visiting the parks with their furry family member. It gave us total peace of mind and made our trip even better.
