I got a deluxe degree tube, and there were problems with it initially, but the customer service team were absolutely exemplary. Sometimes mistakes occur (outwith their control) and all you can hope for is the team are on your side, and they were very lovely and helpful. They sorted the problem, they made changes to the product listing based on my feedback, they were so nice that i feel a pang of guilt for maybe beginning the process too rudely. Absolutelly couldn't ask for more, and they'll have earned themselves a repeat customer for sure. great experience. Particular thanks to Stevie, who had to put up with me complaining. sorted everything out quickly politely and perfectly.
We visited for our son's graduation, the gift shop was well stocked with a great selection of keepsakes from keyrings to clothing, it was easy to browse and we weren't pressured at all by the staff who were friendly and polite.
I got a graduation bear for my friend… It’s cute and the Gift shop is filled with wonderful goodies

The photo is not the gift shop but a nearby part of the university. I'm not sure if this area is normally open to the public - I had never seen it before. The gift shop itself sells some good University of Glasgow stuff. I wasn't visiting for the gift shop, but to have a look at the Huntarian Museum.
