My spouse and girlfriends threw my 50th birthday party here on a Saturday in January '26. They had met with Morgan prior to the party to purchase drink tickets, tokens and pizza. We were allowed to use as many tables as needed upstairs and it worked out perfectly (the fire tables came in handy). Everything was ready, as promised, and pizza was delivered as ordered (really good/hot/fresh)! They didn't give us a hard time about anything and just let us have fun. Every employee we interacted with was wonderful. 1000% recommend and I can't wait to go back just for fun. Thank you UP-Down OKC!!!
Love that I found a spot in my neighborhood to decompress from work. I just moved here from out of state and found some solace in playing a few games that bring back childhood memories, one being the classic Mario Kart on the GameCube. I was a little disappointed that after buying food and a drink, I asked to switch the game system upstairs to the GameCube and was told no by the manager, Taylor, after initially being told by another employee it could be switched out easily since the GameCube was already at the upstairs bar. It was very slow and nothing was going on. For this to be an arcade bar and not switch out games for customers is a little baffling to me, especially as someone who works in the hospitality industry. It’s not hard to do and it’s an easy adjustment. Yeah, that’ll do it for me. I immediately closed out my tab and left. I walked there just for that. That’s one way to drive out customers! 👍🏾
We played a bunch of games inside, had a few drinks as well. Nice Zelda reference on that Ocarina of Lime 🤣 So tokens are pretty cheap for the games, the pizza was awesome, and overall it was a really great time. However, the Pac-Man machine upstairs is such a scam and the controls are jank, so beware. To be fair it was probably a skill issue on my part, we did have a good time though 🤙
Such a fun spot! Up-Down OKC totally exceeded my expectations. The retro games brought back so much nostalgia, and everything was in great condition and super easy to play. The atmosphere is fun and energetic, and the staff were friendly and chill. I tried one of their blue cocktails (not sure the name), but it was strong and delicious. They’ve got tons of beer options and a cool outdoor patio upstairs where you can relax with your drink. Definitely a go-to for a night out.
Hands down we love it!!! We live about 40 minutes east of this place but it’s our #1 spot in OKC! The pizza is so delish and large slices. The games are epic and classic. The staff - so down to earth and friendly. PLUS side, no screaming kids! 21+. It’s a nice spot to hang.
